We are adding to our home delivery lunch program, to help out during the COVID-19 outbreak, a grocery shopping program.  Delaware’s State of Emergency Declaration states that all those who are most vulnerable to the virus should STAY HOME, STAY SAFE, STAY HEALTHY.
