Your Rights Under Title VI
Harvest Years Senior Center operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, disability or national origin in accordance with the Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes that she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under
Title VI may file a complaint withe our agency.
Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with this agency within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence. If you know anyone who is in need of help with their shopping or getting to doctors appointments, be sure to check with us for assistance in getting to and from the store or doctor.
If you or someone you know would like to come into the center for lunch or one of our activities and does not drive or does not like driving in the bad weather, call our center for pick up. The pick up calls are accepted the day before you wish to be picked up.
As always we are here to help were we can, if we can't do it ourselves we will do our best to help you find what you need.
